This is a video showing us picking up steel parts for processing through a furnace and stacking them for maximizing the conveyor area and furnace loading capacity. The chain conveyor is continuously moving at a slow speed with the parts being feed from three (3) different machines at a high production rate. Intek supplied two (2) – 3 Axis Pick & Place machines (X Axis is a Belt B110 actuator and a Y Axis Ballscrew LP20S actuator and a Z Axis Rack & Pinion TRP2 actuator) to make the required 6 Axis system. The parts are conveyed on the right side, middle and left side. These parts are then serviced by both P&P devices to stack the parts on the large conveyor, by placing them into 6 different stacks.
