This video shows picking up tool cutters for edge preparation. Tool in trays are manually placed into position, the INTEK’s 3 Axis Pick & Place (X Axis is made up of a Ballscrew LP20 actuator and a Y Axis Ballscrew LP20 actuator and a pneumatic Z and rotate Axis) unit picks up the tools and delivers them to the Intek Ballscrew LP20 linear actuator which moves the tools across the preparation device as it works the tools edge. After the completion of the edge, the 3 axis P&P removes the finished tools and then transfers the finished tools to the completed tool tray for operator removal.
